Los Talas is a restaurant and entertainment center, located 60 kms from Buenos Aires.

We have dining rooms in three different levels, with capacity for a thousand seated people, with a special ambientation and a different proposal at each level.

Argentine people do know how to eat meat, and they have turnred us through the years into the biggest grill restaurant in Buenos Aires, and therefore South America.

Lower level : Self service system, where you personally choose your meat at the grills.
Middle level : a la carte.
VIP level : Festin gaucho , where you will have the pleasure to live and share a great moment, experiencing and tasting a complete gamma of the gaucho¨s meals, with a full description and live demostration of how each of them are prepared and cooked.

The best Argentine meat, cow, lamb and pork, with its secrets, its flavours, and its mistic…..
You will also enjoy a great music and dance show with renamed local artists, outdoor fireplaces on a wonderfull hill with old trees surrounded by horses and carriages saddled the way gauchos do, all this with an amazing view of the vast pampas.

Reception: “ Empanadas”, stuffed rolled beef, cheese, ham, various wines and more....
Lunch / dinner:
1st Step : Kidney, guts, “chorizo”, sausage. Barbecued potatoes, red pepper, onions, calabash.
2nd Step: Ribbs, flank, stuffed rolled beef.
3rd Step: Lamb, pork.
Salads: Various.
Desserts: Home made creme caramel, chocolate mousse, ice cream, fruit salad, milk caramel.
Drinks: Various wines, soda....
After show: “mate”, pastrycook, hot milk chocolate.
