Los Talas is a restaurant and entertainment

levels, with capacity for a thousand
seated people, with a special ambientation
and a different proposal at each level.

with a full description and live demostration
of how each of them are prepared and cooked.

flavours, and its mistic…..

with renamed local artists, outdoor fireplaces
on a wonderfull hill with old trees surrounded
by horses and carriages saddled the way gauchos
do, all this with an amazing view of the vast
pampas.

Reception: “ Empanadas”,
stuffed rolled beef, cheese, ham, various
wines and more....
Lunch / dinner:
1st Step : Kidney,
guts, “chorizo”,
sausage. Barbecued potatoes, red pepper,
onions, calabash.
2nd Step: Ribbs, flank, stuffed
rolled beef.
3rd Step: Lamb, pork.
Salads: Various.
Desserts: Home
made creme caramel, chocolate mousse, ice cream,
fruit salad, milk caramel.
Drinks: Various wines, soda....
After
show: “mate”, pastrycook,
hot milk chocolate.
